Visitor from Tanzania

We were delighted to welcome Conjesta Benajmin, a Head Teacher from Tanzania, who came to talk to our eldest pupils about school life in Tanzania this week. Proudly wearing her scarf, she spoke about the setting in which children learn, the subjects they teach and the way the day begins with morning parade and even dancing! Forms 5 and 6 asked many questions, making the most of this opportunity to learn about education in a different culture.
