In the preparatory school at Hilden Oaks, the staff body consists of both class teachers and subject specialists, as well as classroom assistants, GAP students, and a team of behind-the-scenes support staff.

Staff from both the nursery and preparatory school are on hand from 7.45am until 6pm to ensure that children are looked after throughout the working day.
