Form 2 Impressionists

Form 2 became true Impressionists as they sketched and painted the beautiful surroundings at Hilden Oaks. Inspired by their focus artist, Monet, the children worked outdoors, using quick dabs of brushstrokes to capture light, colour and atmosphere just as the Impressionists did. It was wonderful to see their creativity flourish as they observed the world around them and translated it to canvas. What a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon.
