Dips

Form 2 have been having a fantastic time in D&T making a range of delicious dips and dippers! The children developed a variety of skills, including safely using knives, graters, and peelers, while also exploring flavour and texture combinations. They made tzatziki, hummus, and salsa, alongside carrot, pepper, pitta, and cucumber crudités to accompany them. They followed excellent hygiene and safety procedures throughout — and of course, the best part was the tasting at the end… yum!
