Aboriginal Art

Our Form 2 artists have kicked off their Aboriginal Art topic in style!
They began by closely observing and drawing native Australian animals, making amazing observations and exploring a range of textures using pastels. The class then experimented with natural, plant-based paints, using colours like paprika and turmeric to create beautiful earthy tones. A fantastic start to exploring traditional techniques and materials!
