Mamma Mia! What a Tasty Trip!

How can a school trip be made any better? With pizza, of course! Form 2 had a fantastic time at Pizza Express, exploring the food miles of pizza ingredients and linking their learning to geography and food hygiene. From touring the kitchen to braving the walk-in freezer—brrr!—pupils got a hands-on look at the pizza-making process. A big thank you to Pizza Express in Tonbridge for generously covering these exciting, educational sessions!

Back at school, the children rounded off the experience by enjoying their delicious pizzas at lunch, perfectly paired with Lisa’s usual tasty sides!
