Exploring Emmetts Garden

This week, Form 3 braved the heat for a wonderful trip to the National Trust's beautiful Emmetts Garden. Mrs King planned an experience including skills in geography, maths and mindfulness as children measured the dimensions of the Rose Garden space and produced a ground plan of its features. Tally charts were completed on a colour-spotting wander through the North Garden before ending up in the popular wild play area with its welcome shade. A final moment beneath the trees enabled them to reflect upon their adventure.
